Robotic Welding & Automation
From Workforce Challenges to Reliable Automation
During the COVID period, many manufacturers faced a major challenge—limited availability of skilled welders and operators. Production continuity, weld quality, and delivery commitments became increasingly difficult to manage through manual processes alone.
This shift created a strong need for reliable robotic welding and automation solutions. Shiran Engineering responded by expanding its capabilities in robotic welding, automated assembly, pick-and-place, and material-handling systems.
Today, Shiran Engineering has a dedicated team of five certified robotic engineers with expertise in robot programming, welding process development, fixture integration, cycle-time optimization, installation, and customer training.
Our approach goes beyond supplying a robot. We study the component, welding sequence, joint accessibility, fixture design, safety requirements, and production target to deliver a complete automation solution.
From initial concept and simulation to commissioning and operator training, we support customers in building safer, more productive, and more repeatable manufacturing operations.

Precision. Productivity. Performance.
ROBO WELD BEE is Shiran Engineering's flagship robotic welding product family, developed to meet the evolving needs of modern manufacturing. Combining industrial robots, intelligent automation, precision fixtures, and advanced welding technologies, ROBO WELD BEE delivers reliable, repeatable, and scalable welding solutions for automotive, heavy engineering, fabrication, industrial vehicles, and general manufacturing industries
