Pre-Sales Engineer

Role Overview

Support the sales team by converting customer requirements into technically strong automation proposals and solution concepts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and understand customer technical requirements related to automation and robotic systems.
  • Develop detailed technical proposals, conceptual designs, and feasibility reports.
  • Prepare accurate cost estimations and cycle time analysis for proposed solutions.
  • Conduct technical presentations and solution demonstrations to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with the design and engineering teams to ensure proposed solutions are executable.
  • Assist the sales team in identifying technical risks and providing mitigation strategies.
Preferred Qualification / Skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Automation Engineering.
  • 3+ years of experience in pre-sales or technical proposal engineering in the automation industry.
  • Strong understanding of industrial robotics, SPM, and welding automation.
  • Proficiency in 3D CAD software (SolidWorks/AutoCAD) for basic conceptual layouts.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to interpret complex technical specifications and manufacturing standards.
