Role Overview
Support smooth daily operations through administration, documentation, coordination, and internal communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing company documentation, records, and filing systems efficiently
- Coordinating internal meetings, schedules, and cross-departmental communications
- Handling general administrative tasks to ensure uninterrupted daily office operations
- Overseeing office supplies, inventory, and vendor coordination
- Assisting in the preparation of reports, presentations, and official correspondence
Preferred Qualification / Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Proven experience in office coordination or administrative roles
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and digital tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities with high attention to detail
