Role Overview

Support smooth daily operations through administration, documentation, coordination, and internal communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing company documentation, records, and filing systems efficiently
  • Coordinating internal meetings, schedules, and cross-departmental communications
  • Handling general administrative tasks to ensure uninterrupted daily office operations
  • Overseeing office supplies, inventory, and vendor coordination
  • Assisting in the preparation of reports, presentations, and official correspondence

Preferred Qualification / Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Proven experience in office coordination or administrative roles
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and digital tools
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities with high attention to detail
