Key Responsibilities
  • Warmly greet all incoming clients and stakeholders upon their arrival. Efficiently route visitors to their designated departments and personnel. Manage high-volume inquiries via switchboard and digital channels. Maintain an impeccable lobby environment reflecting our technological standards. Distribute information accurately through internal messaging and physical mail. Enforce site security protocols by managing visitor logs and credentials. Coordinate executive schedules and facilitate boardroom bookings.
Preferred Qualifications / Skills
  • Extensive background in front-office administration within a corporate setting. Mastery of digital tools including Google Workspace and collaboration software. Technical aptitude for managing advanced office infrastructure and hardware. Superior interpersonal skills with a focus on professional composure. Demonstrated capability in handling concurrent projects and shifting priorities. Proven track record of problem-solving in fast-paced environments. Academic credentials in business administration or hospitality are preferred.
