Technical Support Engineer
Role Overview Provide technical assistance to customers and internal teams for automation systems, SmartBee solutions, software, and industrial equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer technical queries through phone, email, and site visits. Diagnose issues related to machine operation, sensors, PLC/HMI, software, or SmartBee systems. Coordinate with design, PLC, robotic, and service teams for issue resolution. Maintain service tickets, support reports, and customer communication records. Provide basic customer training and operational guidance. Support remote troubleshooting and periodic system health checks. Identify recurring issues and recommend improvements.
Preferred Qualification / Skills
- Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, IT, or Automation.Strong troubleshooting and customer-handling skills.Knowledge of industrial automation or software support preferred.Willingness to travel when required.
