Business Development Executive

Role Overview

Generate new business opportunities and build market presence for Shiran Engineering’s automation and engineering solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and prospect new clients in automotive, heavy engineering, and manufacturing sectors.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to promote robotic welding, SPM, and smart manufacturing solutions.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Coordinate with the technical team to provide customized engineering proposals.
  • Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Represent SESPL at industry exhibitions and networking events.
Preferred Qualification / Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Automation) or Business Administration.
  • 2-5 years of experience in B2B sales or business development within the industrial automation sector.
  • Strong understanding of industrial automation and manufacturing processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and market development.
