Business Development Executive
Role Overview
Generate new business opportunities and build market presence for Shiran Engineering’s automation and engineering solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect new clients in automotive, heavy engineering, and manufacturing sectors.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to promote robotic welding, SPM, and smart manufacturing solutions.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Coordinate with the technical team to provide customized engineering proposals.
- Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Represent SESPL at industry exhibitions and networking events.
Preferred Qualification / Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Automation) or Business Administration.
- 2-5 years of experience in B2B sales or business development within the industrial automation sector.
- Strong understanding of industrial automation and manufacturing processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and market development.
