PLC Engineer
Role Overview
Develop PLC, HMI, servo, motion-control, and safety programs for industrial automation systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop PLC logic and HMI screens for complex industrial automation projects.
- Program and commission motion control systems, including high-precision servo applications.
- Implement and validate safety protocols using Safety PLCs and integrated safety logic.
- Collaborate with mechanical and electrical teams for comprehensive system integration and testing.
- Conduct on-site troubleshooting and optimization of automated manufacturing processes.
Preferred Qualification / Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronics Engineering.
- Expertise in industry-standard PLC platforms such as Siemens, Rockwell, or Schneider.
- Deep understanding of industrial communication protocols (EtherNet/IP, Profinet, Modbus).
- Proven experience in motion control and multi-axis servo system synchronization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for debugging complex industrial code.
