Service Engineer

Role Overview Install, commission, troubleshoot, and maintain automation systems at customer locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • • Install and commission SPMs, robotic cells, assembly systems, and SmartBee solutions.• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, PLC, and robotic issues.• Conduct preventive maintenance and service visits.• Train customer operators and maintenance teams.• Prepare service reports, spare-parts recommendations, and issue-resolution records.• Coordinate with internal engineering teams for complex troubleshooting.• Support warranty and post-warranty service activities.• Ensure customer satisfaction through timely response and professional support.
Preferred Qualification / Skills
  • • Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronics.• Experience in machine service, installation, commissioning, or industrial maintenance.• Strong troubleshooting and customer-handling skills.• Willingness to travel extensively.
