Sales Engineer

Role Overview

Drive sales of industrial automation, robotic welding, Special Purpose Machines, SmartBee Tool Management, and digital manufacturing solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within target industries (Automotive, Heavy Engineering, etc.).
  • Understand customer technical requirements and propose tailored automation and robotic solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations and demonstrations of Shiran’s products and services.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure proposed solutions are technically feasible and cost-effective.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing and post-sales support.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients and strategic partners.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging manufacturing technologies.

Preferred Qualification / Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Production Engineering.
  • Proven experience in technical sales, preferably in industrial automation or robotics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong problem-solving ability and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
