Process Engineer

Role Overview

Develop, validate, and improve manufacturing processes for automation projects, robotic welding, assembly lines, and customer applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze product designs to establish efficient manufacturing processes and cycle times.
  • Define process flows, assembly sequences, and robotic workstation layouts.
  • Validate welding parameters and automation sequences to meet quality standards.
  • Support design teams in DFA (Design for Assembly) and DFM (Design for Manufacturing).
  • Liaise with customers to understand application requirements and troubleshoot process issues.
  • Identify opportunities for yield improvement, cost reduction, and waste elimination.

Preferred Qualification / Skills

  • Degree in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering.
  • Experience in automation, robotic systems, or heavy engineering production.
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Value Stream Mapping.
  • Familiarity with welding processes and industrial safety standards.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven process improvements.
  • Ability to interpret complex engineering drawings and CAD models.
